Allow the tones to vibrate your cells and subconscious mind guiding you into your parasympathetic nervous system response (rest & digest) and tapping in to your Theta brainwave state. Experience zen, bliss, peace…and beyond. Please bring your own yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket to sit/lay on as you will be on the gallery floor and it can get cold. You may also want to bring a small pillow or bolster for under your head or knees. Lite refreshments will be provided.
